In the Netherlands more and more people are alienated from each other through the polarization of their differences. Diversity Joy wants to build a world where people use their diversity as a source of inspiration, creativity and growth. Diversity Joy creates space for joyful encounters, deepening of contact, and action. Diversity Joy unites diversity in workshops and training programs. Whether the diversity concerns culture, age or profession... Participants discover a common heart that beats in each of them and that can be expressed in their own, unique ways. Diversity Joy finds it’s inspiration in the collaboration with the South African Phaphama Initiatives. Léon is involved with Diversity Joy from the introduction of the program and currently works as a trainer and one of the managing directors of the organization.
